It's easy! As long as you are already receiving emails from our mailing list simply send your email directly to:

scouts@lists.bsatroop42.org
and/or
adults@lists.bsatroop42.org

You will get an automated response saying that the message is waiting on approval. Select committee members then get an automatic notification and will then approve your message for immediate release to everyone on the list.

Do you have multiple/large attachments? Consider first emailing webmaster@bsatroop42.org with the information so it can be posted on the web- after it is uploaded you can then send just the link in an email to the entire troop.
